Transitional Arrangements


A new five year transitional scheme was introduced in England from 1 April 2017 which limits year on year increases and decreases following the revaluation.

The percentage limits are prescribed below:

*Medium is above £28,000 in London and £20,000 elsewhere. Large is above £100,000.
